Educational Qualifications & Experience
Field Officer: Bachelor’s degree (Experience in the relevant field is preferable).

Assistant Branch Manager: Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in microfinance operations.

Branch Manager: Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance operations.

Auditor: Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 2 years of audit experience.

Accountant: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 1 year of experience.

Trainer: Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in training programs.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 22 to 35 years old to be eligible for the positions.
